Tym razem tytuł projektu miesiąca trafia w ręce zespołu pracującego nad finansowanym ze środków UE projektem CHUbVi (Ubiquitin Chains in Viral Infections), wspieranym przez Europejską Radę ds. Badań Naukowych (ERBN). Jeden z trzech głównych badaczy projektu, Yohei Yamauchi, przyczynił się do przeprowadzenia potencjalnie niezmiernie ważnego badania, dzięki któremu zdołaliśmy odkryć, co decyduje o tak wysokiej zakaźności wirusa SARS-CoV-2 i co sprawia, że tak szybko rozprzestrzenia się on w komórkach ludzkiego organizmu.

This month, we’re giving the Project of the Month accolade to the EU-funded CHUbVi (Ubiquitin Chains in Viral Infections) project, which is supported by the European Research Council (ERC).
